Napoleon Sports & Casino is looking for a talented and customer-centric Head of P&L Gaming to take on the responsibility for the full Gaming P&L. This is a key role in our organization, reporting to the VP Online Commercial.

You will be:

  • The voice of the Belgian Customer
  • Driving the strategy to win
  • Collaborate closely with our central Product teams
  • Accountable for the Gaming P&L
  • Creating clarity around BE objectives & priorities
  • Organizing regular cadences with group functions (Player, Sports, Gaming, Content)
  • Using the power and scale of central teams to benefit local teams
  • Providing player insights on a regular basis 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute Casino strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead the budget and forecasting processes for the Casino P&L.
  • Analyze data to understand customer preferences and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Monitor competitors’ offerings and performance, recommending adjustments to our business strategies.
  • Optimize, monitor, and report on promotional performance in collaboration with our Marketing team.
  • Identify and implement improvement initiatives for the Casino business, tracking their performance in collaboration with our Product team.
  • Develop business cases for Casino-related initiatives, analyzing their potential financial and KPI implications.
  • Work with stakeholders to align on the Casino Games roadmap.

Your Winning Profile:

  • A master’s degree in Business Administration, Business economics, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience in an e-commerce environment.
  • Business acumen: Proficient in understanding in navigating a business P&L, with the ability to derive insights, trends, and business implications.  
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze vast and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights. 
  • Strong communication: Skilled in synthesizing complex insights and clearly communicating outcomes and actions to the wider business. 
  • Research expertise: Experienced in setting up and conducting research and experiments, familiar with tools like surveys, focus groups, and A/B testing. 
  • Casino Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Casino products, providers, offers, and possibilities. 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Optimize, HTML5, SQL, and Tableau is a plus. 
  • Standalone, resourcefulness, can-do attitude and attention to detail are all important characteristics to make you successful in this role. 
  • Leadership: Ability to influence and guide team members to achieve Napoleon’s strategic goals. 
  • Preferably French-speaking, proficient in English and living in Wallonia.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Gaming industry a big plus but not mandatory.
